AIMIM chief Asaduddin Oyesi said on Saturday that the court’s recent order on the survey of certain areas of the Gyanvapi-Shringar Gauri complex “opens the way for the bloodshed of the Rath Yatras and violence against Muslims in the 1980s and 1990s”. Denouncing the Varanasi court’s order, Asaduddin Owaisi said in a tweet, “This order to clear the Gyanvapi Mosque in Kashi is a clear violation of the Places of Worship Act 1991, which prohibits changing religious places.”

Asaduddin Al-Owaisi said, “The Supreme Court in Ayodhya’s ruling held that the law protects the secular features of the Indian political system which is one of the essential features of the constitution.” Asaduddin Owaisi’s statement came a day after a court commissioner surveyed and photographed the building in Varanasi, Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Gyanvapi Mosque as per the court order.

The lawyer said that after examining the Shringar Gauri platform, the commissioner of the court tried to enter by opening the entrance to the Gyanvapi Mosque. We protested that. The lawyer said, there is no court order that you have to videotape inside the barrier, but the attorney general said I have an order to open the lock and videotape inside.

There was a commotion as soon as the judges arrived

The Shringar Gauri case first reached the court in 1995.

In 1996, the court appointed a commissioner of the court and ordered action by the commission. Dr. says. During the survey, a large number of people who came on behalf of the opposition started to protest. Because of this, the survey cannot be completed. Until then it was a Friday and the prayers of the worshipers gathered. Subsequently, Rakhi Singh, Laxmi Devi, Manju Vyas, Sita Sahu and Rika Pathak from Delhi filed a joint petition in the Court of First Instance of Civil Judges Ravi Kumar Dewakar on August 18, 2021.
