Four workers were killed after falling from the 17th floor in a traumatic accident at a site under construction in Gurugram Sector-77 adjacent to Delhi, on Tuesday. Meanwhile, a worker who was taken to hospital was injured.
Upon obtaining information about the accident, the police arrived at the scene and began investigating the accident by sending the bodies for autopsy. The dead have not yet been identified.

ACP Suresh Kumar said that the Palm Hills Construction Association is being constructed in Sector 77 of Gurugram by a JJRS contractor. During the construction work on Tuesday, some workers climbed up to repair the tower crane. During this, 4 workers died after falling from the 17th floor, while one worker with safety equipment was trapped on the 12th floor itself. He was taken to the hospital injured.
The police officer said that in this case we will record the FIR and take further action. He said that strict measures will be taken against the company’s personnel who were proven negligent in the investigation.
