LSG vs. RCB IPL 2022 Eliminator: The Royal Challengers Bangalore beat Lucknow Super Giants by 14 times in the Eliminator match held at Eden Gardens in Kolkata to reach the IPL 2022 Qualifiers. Meanwhile, Lucknow is now out of the tournament after the defeat. Bangalore will face the Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2022 Qualifier 2 and the winning team will face the Gujarat Titans in the final on May 29. In the rain-hit match, Lucknow won by throwing and decided to run first. In response, Bangalore put on the board 207 for 4 in a total of 20 overs with the help of Rajat Pattidar’s superb undefeated horn, then capped Lucknow to 193 for 6 in the allotted 20s.

For Bangalore, Rajat Pattidar scored an undefeated century of 112 passes on 54 balls with the help of 12 fours and sixes. Rajat Pattidar was awarded the Man of the Match award for his winning roles in the match. Apart from them, Dinesh Karthik scored 37 goals and Virat Kohli scored 25 points. KL captain Rahul scored the highest No. 79 unbeaten for Lucknow. Apart from him, Deepak Hooda scored 45 points.

Chasing the 208-run target, Lucknow got the first hit in the form of Quinton de Kock (6) on his first. The team then lost their second wicket in the form of Manan Vohra (19) for 41. Earlier, Rajat Pattidar scored 207 for four against Royal Challengers Bangalore Lucknow Super Giants at the start of his century career. Batidar played 112 of 54 balls unbeaten with 12 fours and seven sixes. He took 66 second wicket runs with Virat Kohli (25) and 92 fifth wicket runs with Dinesh Karthik (37 not out) at just 6.5. Patidar and Karthik fought hard to the death as the RCB team managed to amass 84 runs in the last five. Batidar is the fourth hitman to score a century this season. Before him, Jos Buttler of the Rajasthan Royals and Lokesh Rahul and Quinton de Kock of the Super Giants scored centuries.
