Because of this rebellion, not only did Udhav Thackeray lose the Prime Minister, but also two-thirds of the Moroccan Liberation Army went to the opposition camp. When the Speaker of the Council was elected on Sunday, the correct figure also came to the fore. Both the Udhav Thackeray and Iknath Shinde factions had issued whips to all 55 Shiv Sena MLAs. The Shinde faction, which calls itself Shiv Sena Blasaheb, apparently has 39 multilateral armies. On Monday, Udhav Thackeray suffered another setback when Santosh Bangar, considered his close friend, joined the Shinde faction. He is an MLA from Kalamanuri. He belonged to the Shinde faction at the time of the vote of confidence in the Council. Now the number of the Uddhav faction was reduced to only 15.

Half of the 15 MLAs come from the assembly circles in Mumbai. MLAs with Uddhav Thackeray are Aditya Thackeray, Ajay Vinayak Choudhary, Prakash Vaikunth Phaterpekar, Ramesh Gajanan Korgaonkar, Ramesh Latke, Raut Sunil Rajaram and Dattaram Vaykar. The Shinde faction has MLAs from all over Maharashtra.
