The troubles of MP Navnit Rana and her husband, Ravi Rana, who were recently released from prison on bail, may increase again. Maharashtra government is considering appealing the bail granted to Rana’s husband. In fact, MP Navneet Rana, who is in jail for declaring a Hanuman Chalisa outside Maharashtra CM Udhav Thackeray’s house, attacked Shiv Sena again after being out on bail. Upon leaving the hospital on Sunday, she said it was a religious fight and would continue. Besides, he also challenged CM Uddhav Thackeray to challenge the elections against him. Upon his release from prison he complained of chest pains and high blood pressure, after which he was taken to hospital.

If you have courage, show Uddhav’s challenge, Navneet Rana by competing against me

The Sessions Court also set some conditions while granting bail to the Rana couple. One of these conditions is that he does not go out and speak to the media about this. But now that Navneet Rana has spoken to the media and made a direct appeal to Uddhav Thackeray, the Maharashtra government is considering filing an appeal against his release on bail. On behalf of Maharashtra government, it can be argued in court that Navneet Rana and her husband both violated and violated the terms of the court. In such a case, the bail should be canceled and sent to prison again.

What is the condition set by the court with bail

While granting bail to the Rana couple, the court said, “There will be a condition for the defendants not to talk about the Hanuman Chalisa controversy after he is released from prison.” Even after this stipulation, Navneet Rana said: ‘I challenge Udhav Thackeray to compete against me from any constituency if he wants. I will compete in the elections against you and show what power a woman is. Navnet Rana said I wanted to ask Udhav government about the mistake I did, for which I was punished. I want to ask is reading Hanuman Chalisa a crime. If there is a crime I am ready to go to prison not for 14 days but for 14 years.
