One user wrote on the China micro-blogging site Weibo that his OnePlus Ace smartphone gets hot in just an hour of playing. After this user complaint, this topic also started appearing on the China microblogging site Weibo.

The temperature of the phone rose quickly while gaming
According to Chinese news outlet Sina Finance, a Weibo user said that he bought the OnePlus S smartphone a few days ago and on the first day the user complained about his phone overheating and held it in his hand. Had a lot of trouble keeping up with it. The user wrote in his message that he played the game in the phone continuously for an hour and during this time the phone battery temperature reached 43.7°C and the CPU temperature reached 46.5°C.

The user wrote that his OnePlus S phone battery temperature rose to 44.6°C and the CPU temperature was 60.4°C. OnePlus has released a statement
The company immediately took action as the matter escalated and issued a statement to users through Sina Finance. The company said that users played Genshin Impact continuously for an hour on their devices and as a result their phones heated up. The company also said that it is completely normal for the phone to overheat during heavy games. OnePlus also said that the phone’s temperature was within the normal range even after heating it up and this does not affect the phone’s performance.
