Congress leader Rahul Gandhi met the family of Punjab singer Seydu Musiwala on Tuesday. During this he paid homage to Musewala. However, he did not provide any information regarding the discussion with the singer’s parents. In the Punjab assembly elections held in March, Musiwala from Mansa village competed for the congress ticket. Even before that, many leaders, including Rajasthan’s leader, Sachin Pilot, met the singer’s family.
Rahul Gandhi, who arrived at Mansa village in Punjab, discussed the matter with Musiwala’s parents. He stayed with Seydoux’s family for 45 minutes. During that, Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Wading, Pratap Singh Bajwa and former Deputy Prime Minister Ambika Soni attended with him. According to media reports, the Congress held private talks with Musiwala’s parents.
