Yassin Malik news: The NIA Special Court in Delhi has sentenced Yasin Malik to life imprisonment in the terrorism financing case. A fine of Rs 10 lakh was also imposed. Yassin Malik was sentenced to life imprisonment in two cases and 10 years in five cases. In the 1990s, Yasin Malik spread terror in the valley with the help of his master Hafez Saeed in the terrorist state of Pakistan. The wife of squadron commander Ravi Khanna, one of the four officers of the Air Force, who became a victim of Yasin Malik’s terror, still does not agree to the death sentence of Yasin Malik. She said some people might be satisfied but I am not satisfied because I want the death penalty for him in my case.
In 1990, Yassin Malik and other terrorists indiscriminately shot Air Force officers, killing four officers and wounding 40 others. Squadron Leader Ravi Khanna was also among the dead. 26 bullet marks were found on Ravi Khanna’s body.
Ravi Khanna’s wife Nirmal Khanna demanded that Yasin Malik be hanged. However, on Wednesday, the NIA court in Delhi sentenced Yasin Malik to life imprisonment in the terrorism financing case. Besides, the court also imposed on him a fine of Rs 10,000. And of those who spoke out in defense of Yasin Malik, Nirmal said those people whose stores were operating would be shocked. He said that this is justice for the victims of the terrorist attacks carried out by (Yasin Malik). Some people may be satisfied but I am not satisfied because I want the death penalty for him in my case.
Nirmal also says that even after killing my husband, he has been wandering for 32 years and what he wants. Nirmal Khanna said I had taken Dr. Manmohan Singh as my inspiration but when he met Yasin Malik, I was heartbroken.
